I have the sport with extended VW warranty for 120k miles, taxes out the door $24k. Can’t beat it especially 3 years maintenance free. You can’t beat this car for the price IMO. It’s a quick little thing, plus the gas mileage is excellent!

I have the 2025 Jetta S. It comes with wireless Apple car play and Android Auto as well. No auto start, but that's not a big deal for me. The S trim has all of the safety features, auto dimming rearview mirror, and the rain-sensing wipers. The steering wheel is also real leather. For a base model...the Jetta S is a great car for a great price. I love driving it!

I have a 2019 Jetta S with a 6-speed manual. Love driving it and have had no issues. Don’t understand why so many disparage VW.

I'm thinking about buying one. I almost mistaken the new front end for a Golf-R/GTI. Looks much cleaner than last year's Jetta. Nicely done!

0-60 in 7 sec is respectable. In perspective, that was very high performance for sports cars in the 70’s and 80’s….

I have a 2021 Jetta r-line with 37K miles, so far only 3 issues with it. Had an O2 sensor go bad, a sensor at the fuel pump go bad and the eyeglass holder broke (a known issue with the 2019 - 2021 Jetta) all were fixed under warranty and other than those items no real issues with it.

Got me a new 2024 Jetta SEL for $25K. Worth the look if you want get a bit more amenities for the same price as a 2025 SE .... just a thought for you guys.

I have a 2025 Jetta SEL and overall I really like the car. PROS: Premium looking dashboard, good acceleration, and amazing gas mileage. CONS: The backup camera quality is poor and the interior of the back doors feels cheap.

What I fail to understand is that there's no USB ports nor air vents for the back passengers. I had a 2017 VW Jetta that had that and, since 2019, with the platform change, it lost it.

And cheaper models get it; T-Cross not only has air vents but also got upgraded with two USB-C for the passengers in the back.

Why VW ditched these QOL features?

Just traded 2019 SEL for 2025 SE. Crazy thing is that lots of the features that were on the SEL in 2019 are standard on this SE. Gave up the roof and the leather (neither a big deal to me) and MSRP was ~$500 less than it was 6 1/2 years ago.

Sad dropped the manual with that all new refresh but luckily got a S before it happened. Been a nice car so far
