- Speaking during a joint press conference with Ghana President Nana Akufo-Addo on Monday, Kamala Harris replied:
"This is an issue that we consider, and I consider, to be a human rights issue. And that will not change!"
Plus, Harris was also asked about China's influence in African countries. She said her trip to Ghana and other countries in Africa is motivated by the importance of the direct relationship between the U.S. and Ghana. While she did not speak about China directly!
- She gave a $100 M check from US taxpayers money to the Ghana President!
