Hey Zac, I have a few of questions, and I would really appreciate it if you could please take the time to answer them.

1) Can restoring relative motion or orientation make you more "efficient" at an activity? For example, when I run it seems like my calves fatigue faster than anything else, and I'm not getting the sense of glutes or hamstrings doing most of the work, which I assume they would.
2) Would it be beneficial to fix mobility issues before taking part in serious lifting?
3) Despite hypertrophy and force production being a result of a lack of relative motion, is it possible to integrate recapturing of relative motion with lifting?
4) How do I maintain relative motion changes if I'm doing power lifting or Olympic lifting?
5) Is there any way that you could indicate as to how much relative motion work that I would need to do after strength training in order to maintain or even gain relative motion?


In general, I'm confused as to how specifically force production and even power production activities interact with relative motion. Thanks in advance for your response.
