The Soldier blast radius thing at 0:50-ish is the “Shock & Awe”, Soldier’s new base class ability like Scout’s air-jump

Shock & Awe occurs when you perform a blast jump and hit the ground, transferring 75% of your fall damage into enemies in a blast radius around you

The Sniper wall thing that happened later was Sniper’s new base class ability “Melee Wall Climb” where he can scale walls with his melee at the cost of 10 health per climb, allowing him to reach positions he couldn’t before, a buff to go with the various sniper rifle nerfs

I feel like this weapon should have a unique loading animation where the soldier struggles to put the rocket all the way in or something.

The gunboats are not the reason for the stomp shockwave, all the classes in this source plugin have passive abilities ranging from useless (spy camera) to downright broken (spy doesn't appear in kill feed). Soldier's is to make a stomp when he lands that knocks people away.

-75% clip size.
-75% less primary ammo on wear.
-75% less ammo from ammo packs.
-20% slower reload speed.
-This weapon deals mini-crits when it would normally crit.
-No random crits.

This rocket launcher is made from a ruined level 3 sentry.

They changed EVERY SINGLE weapon. For example skullcutter now is slower but grants damage res for 20 seconds after a kill

I'm pretty sure the stomp from the gunboats might be interference with another boot pair secondary.

This weapon is quite interesting, it definatly is a bombing weapon and not a head on fighter with its horrible reload and even if you want more rockets you must damage yourself even with the gunboats. I say its baleneced and interesting.

The equalizer on the server increases health gained from health packs when active

The tiki tonik(the mini scout weapon) is not really that good, only makes you 33% smaller, but you have less health and damage and you are marked for death. Of course you can start meming and get some friends to build an army of mini scouts.

the trench buster sort of just seems less effective than stock and outclassed by the airstrike “in terms of doing rocket jumps”

Actually doesn’t seem that unbalanced to be honest. Still room for improvement though.

I’d give it reduced self damage (for extra rocket jumps and less reliance on the gunboats), but no heals from medics or dispensers while active (to prevent people from negating the self damage entirely with a pocket medic)
