The roof itself is $50, 000. You can always learn or take a class to learn repairs.

This!!! A $20 blind, you know the cheap, standard, blinds... my landlord charged us $200 for it. Like huh?! A knob. Literally a knob, was $150. I can't with landlords. Our rent is increasing by $200. Like huh?! Why is my rent going from 1400 to 1600. The way rent is going up, hell you might as well buy.
