DOROTHY PERKINS HAUL | Plus Size Fashion Try On Haul | Size 24

I went on DOROTHY PERKINS and have found a few pieces I fancied trying. Suits especially are my favourites so in this @dorothyperkins plus size try on haul, in a size UK 24, I have a couple of suits as well as a 2 pairs of plus size jeans. A few other pieces too.
I love DP as the quality is so good, sizing is (normally) spot on and returns are very easy, meaning I don't get stuck with pieces I don't want.
Anyway, have a look and hopefully I can give you a bit of inspiration for your wardrobe.

💜I'm 5'5" and an Apple shape. I carry most of my weight on my chest and belly.
💜I'm a UK size 24 top and a UK 20/22 bottom.
💜Measurements: Bust: 130cm (36-38JJ) - Waist: 125cm - Hip: 140cm.

💚MY SHAPE WEAR: I wear size 22-24 daily and size 18-20 when I want to be real snatched.

Back again I loved the green bottoms with the black top I loved it I love coloured bottoms with a black top I think it looks timeless and then the blue suit looked AMAZING on you keep smiling

The curse of the black jeans. I find the black dye makes jeans smaller and also stiffer. I don't know how many times I have bought jeans in the same style but different colours and the black always comes up smaller than the others.

If the blazer is on the cheaper side- pay a seamstress to put in a lining. Find a cool print for them to see in. Worth the money if you find a blazer you love that’s on the more affordable side. You invest a little more money into and have a staple awesome piece. I have done this trick with trench coats, as well! Ahaha. A nice pop of leopard lining or a bright fabric pop- something fun!

I have found that DP black jeans fade after a wash, no matter whether I wash them in cool water or turn inside out. Hope you don't have this problem.

I remember back in the days that Dorothy Perkins used to be my number 1 place to shop from 2008 but then something happened that their design was off, everything was made of polyester and the fit was strange in some products I was 18 and in other ones even 22.
However I love blue suit on you Marleen you look gorgeous 😍 I am wondering if you could consider to make hauls with brands like m&s, tu clothing available at Sainsbury's or Joules 😊 Sending love from Poland ❤️

Is it me or the sizes changed after the brand has been sold? I can’t purchase there anymore and it was where I used to get the best tall jeans 😔
