And i totally get your struggle getting good fit jeans. I'm apple shape like you meaning our hips are smaller than waist. Got to get big waist trousers that will always be too big on bum and hips and legs but good fit on belly

DP sizes are funny. I once shopped in there and never went back again. I was size 12 in bottom and I had jeans from there 2 pairs.
One said size 14 and another 16 and both fit to size 12
.. now I am size 16 bottom I couldn't risk ordering from there ..😅
