As energy releases through the Front Channel in the body, there is potential for it to feel "stuck" and be uncomfortable.

Thank you to Doug Gemmell for the amazing music!

Oh my what an amazing experience I just had.
My goodness. This video lesson has been so helpful.
I experience some of this release/cleaning every day when I do Navi Kriya,
It usually triggers a deep yawning that happens every time I do my Navi session but sometimes I also have a burping session and I just now … I tried the technique (in this video) of 100 OMs all the way up the spine & …it triggered the most amazing relief of laughter!
I had a funny memory pop into my thoughts while trying it for the first time - and had a new kind of release - one of those huge belly laughing spells, you know, the kind that go on and on and bring you to tears and oh my it was a wonderful feeling of releasing stress and replacing it with laughter within my soul.
Oh wow!
Thank you for teaching me all these ways to clean & release the chakras.

I'm pretty far from bliss, but Forrest's video from a few months back about the paramount importance of consistency has been life-changing for me. I have been meditating with the HRV and the SVS and then some Om Japa when I feel more settled and present for 6-25 minutes almost every day for the past 3 months, and my breathing in everyday life is now different, more tranquil. Basically Forrest said that meditating should be enjoyable and not uncomfortable, and if it's not like that, just do a few minutes a day but make sure it is every single day, and eventually you will come to enjoy it and then sit for longer without effort and progress from there. It may be for some other reason than the kriya yoga meditation, but my comfortableness and just ability to be really brutally honest and yet emotionally stable and accepting of other people's perspectives and loving towards them has grown so much in the last month. I know that the people I love like this approach, because their reactions to me now are so positive compared to when I used to just complain about them but not maintain emotional stability or be able to be humble and admit that I'm also imperfect.

I would like to see Forrest make a video about ego, which I experience as the fear of death and the fear of our lives not mattering, and how meditation changes our perspective on ourselves our lives and how we relate to other people and the world around us.

I spent two weeks with taoist master Mantak Chia in Thailand and I remember that his chi kung exercises will make everyone to burp a lot, he was even encouraging people to burp as much as possible. He explain why that happened although I don't remember, I think it was something related to chi energy

Awesome, Forrest! The meditation arsenal keeps growing. I've been using the Om grenade you talked about in your last video while doing Om Japa and it feels great. The rapid fire Om sounds right up my alley, too. I am glad you are describing the challenges we might face while meditating and the tools we can use to overcome them. The dark night of the soul is no joke and some Kundalini instructors never talk about the not so positive effects of the practice. Thank you for sharing your experience. Blessings and blissings!

Thank you so much Forrest 💓 I noticed this a couple of months after learning Om Japa. I am a good burper so wasn't worried but surprised that it seemed to be connected to my Meditation. Great tool for our kit!

In Taoist meditation the burps are thought to be positive indications of release of excess heat in the organs.

I remember seeing another video that you mentioned this in, but I’d forgotten about it. For over a year, I’d been experiencing a “spongey, numb energetic” sensation in my throat chakra area. I would be going about my day and all of a sudden, my whole throat would feel completely numb and spongey (for lack of a better word!) At first I intuitively knew that it was energetic… but from time to time, the mind would tell me something was “wrong” and I even freaked out a few times wondering if it was a medical issue. I eventually had a blast of insight/ download that this was related to the vagus nerve, and now whenever it pops in, I do some chanting or gargling in addition to Om Japa (around this time I would also sense emotional energy rising up this same channel from my gut area) and now I just enjoy it, even when it’s intense! It rarely pops in anymore, but when it does, I don’t mind. I’ll def be doing the Machine Gun Om Technique!!! Thank you Forrest, you’re awesome 😊🙏

Yes, be careful. Sometimes I'm reckless and I did a heavy Kundalini without warming up and at the visualized level coming up into the forehead I got the first nosebleed I'd had in a decade. This told me to slow down and don't go too hard too quickly. Like weight lifting to failure on your first day back to the gym - at least I'm not dumb enough to do that.

Can you talk about network of trauma releasing, not just one or two points but a whole road map, that if you release one it runs to another point instead of clearing. This was a pain for me but I eventually was able to bring in the entire network at once and only feel it, and WOW the vastness of that hurt was immense. But bearable.
But yeah it sucked and noone addresses trauma like that. I think a lot of us have it and I hope there is a better way than what I did, as it was like a 2 year process to find it all and bring it into focus all at once, and I still in prcess of releasing, it happens everyday. But it is getting clearer and clearer, and unfold upwards. Why is my right side holding most of this though, is it just me and my trauma and injuries or is it something that often takes place on the right side? My left is normally fine. Thanks for the video Forrest, as always hitting on the subjects that need to be for an everyday meditator making progress. Your system is great, and I have taught some of it to people here and there, mainly the proofs and the ohm jopa. I refer all of them to you as well.

I was having the burp everyday for sometime. Now its like once a week but it is accompanied by a worse nerve sickness feeling of enrgy running up my middle right. But when I burp now it may be worse than a normal burp, because it sounds like someone letting out their last breath lol. Not only kriya. It happens to me big time when I massage my gut and pelvis with my breath by breathing there from my spine out. It always makes it happen, but yeah its sickening feeling. Getting better though and thank you for talking about it, its more than just a burp. And I honestly would have ripped a belch even in the ashram, would have been booted out??? lol

As a young girl I taught myself to burp (no brothers, but my sister didn't approve 😂). I've also heard lots of stories of monks constantly farting during meditation, even in large groups. Newcomers are always shocked, and most don't understand why. Have you experienced something similar in other areas? It happened in both knees recently and it was extremely scary (sharp energetic stabs). I performed Om Japa on my knees thanks to having seen your videos previously and it hasn't returned since. Thanks for this video and explanation, very helpful 🤗

Just learn to burp on command, its easy. Swallow air and use your abs to push it up and out. Thats the nuerologoy she needs to learn to control it proper. Mine often does not get all the way out though, the burp does but what happens is I am having major trauma on my right chest and shoulder, and heart. And yeah its very intense, worse than just not getting a full breath. Or it was like that, its not like that. Also forrest you can have them do two particular positions to practice every day for a month to open that part up so they do not feel the wieght on their chest. I had this going on big time and simple posture excersises really took care of it. the one pose is get on all fours, elbows, and knees and prop your booty arched up in the air like a cat in heat, and look up firmly while breathing, you will feel it open a bit. Then the other is to stand in front of something you can put your hands on to push your shoulders up and lean forward, and take your breath. Those two open that part well and I am sure they are yoga poses as well, as everything I do weather from yoga or not, ends up getting covered somewhere in a yogic practice lol

Forrest, do we Om down our chakra? Or do we OM through our chakras (from the front) one at a time? Or both?

Hello sir. I have doubled down on Hong sau for the last one month with two 30 min sessions everyday. I have been suffering from obsessive behaviour for years. Can kriya help me contain my transgessions?
