I got the arc5 and it works just fine and about half the price of Braun. I will keep this Braun one in mind in the future, though.

Just bought one, would have expected some kind of instructions with it with an explanation on how to use it. Just comes with 56 pages of warnings in every language and two pages with ambiguous drawings without text. Should the head be locked or unlocked during use? What kind of soap to clean it, hot water or warm water, should it be turned on while cleaning or off (yes I should push the button, but what does ot mean)? Oil should be applied, what kind (nothing is included and I don’t want to use something that leaves my face with a mirror finish or something that causes irritation or damages the shaver). Should this be done after every use?
Just regular instructions on how to properly use this thing and care for it would be welcome.

Bought this 9 Pro model, but it feels cheap in comparison to Series 7, which I still like a way more. Not sure if they had any progress in product development. Kinda seriously disappointed.

Hi. I own the Braun Series 9 Pro shaver.... is great... is wonderfull... I'm very happy with it. Its a great product but the question is WHY DOESN'T COME WITH THE HEAD GROOMER SAME LIKE SERIES 5-6-7??!! I don't want to carry other hairclipper with me all the time. Will be more than welcome.

I ordered an S9 pro direct from Braun and paid for next day delivery . It was not delivered . All I am told by Braun is that “ they will look into it “ and cannot give me any idea when I will receive a refund
Terrible customer service . No option to send an email without completing a lengthy form
I cannot lodge a complaint on the phone as told to complete a form ( which of course doesn’t work )

I got the 9pro one year ago and i am not satisfied. Everytime i have to finish off with a traditional razor because the s9 does not catch every single hair no matter how many passes or directions i try. The only positive is that i dont get any irritated skin, but i have to use shaving foam. Dry shaving does not work. Waste of hard earned money.

I bought the Braun S9 Pro a couple of months ago. Loved the shaving experience. However after each shave it indicated the water drops to clean it in the station. No matter how much I clean it, the water drop only disappears after I use the cleaning station. Exchanged it to a new one because the shop said it must be faulty.

The new one 1st shave out of the box for the same. And then after the clean I shaved in 2 days. Again the same result. No matter how much I clean it, the indicator only goes away after cleaning in the station. Is this normal?

I sadly returned the 2nd unit and got the money back. But really loved the shaver. Want to clarify this. So I can buy this again.

So this shaver is mostly for people who shave less? Is what I get from watching this ad. If you shave every day or every other day, this shaver is not targeted for you. This shaver is specific for the people that wait an entire week to shave, people that go around and allow themselves to look unkept and homeless and once in a blue moon, they want to shave. This is their shaver, to help for them, to make shaving less of a hassle and ease at the shave.

I bought recently in amazon one of this shavers, let me tell you is really bad product. Does not shave correctly after a couple passes over the same area. This commercial is false advertising, the guy shaving in front of the mirror is already shaved in the path of the shaver, just the position of the camera and the shaver does not allow you to see it

after using braun series 9 pro I switched to braun series 7. the razor head on braun series 9 pro is way too bulky and the built in trimmer performs poorly.
After using the braun series 7 for 4 months now, I have noticed the following:
- Once the battery is fully charged, I cannot use the electric razor for more than two and a half times. I shave every other day in average of 10 to 15 minutes each time. So where is the 60 minutes the manufacturer claims? Please note the facial hair is not extreamly coarse . The reason it takes me 10 to 15 minutes is the many, many passes needed in order to get a decent shave. In other words, the razor head is not so amaizing as advertised.
- The precision trimmer attachment is almost as bad as the one on the series 9 pro except that ergonomically, it offers a better control and view of the area you are trimming.

Do Not Buy the series 9, I bought 2 and both died on me within 1 year. Apparently, according to the Braun service guys, the motherboard died. They replaced the motherboard, but within a year the motherboard failed again, but since the 2nd failure happened more than a year later, I had to pay for the motherboard. I told them to dispose my shaver.

Buy the Series 7, more reliable
