Li Jiamin from China cannot flipping stop! She's going for the record of the most handsprings in a confined space in one minute (female).

The little girl was most definitely far more impressive. She's amazing!

The last guy had the fastest bursts, but still lost in the end. Both guys started a little faster than the girl but got winded faster than the girl did. Id be interested to see just how long she can keep up that pace before having to take a pause like the guys were doing. She did 50% more handsprings in the same time. Thats really incredible. Thats 1.25 flips per second for a full minute. Sure you can say shes smaller and has less distance to travel and less bodyweight to move, but she paced herself and had better strategy and STILL finished with 50% more flips and energy to spare.

Heyy competitive cheerleader here. Please do NOT attempt! She undercuts her backhand springs very badly and can cause some serious injuries. I almost dislocated my elbow and shoulder. But either way, she did amazing. Again, please don’t attempt she is like a professional lol
