This is a recording of the Nordic Welfare Centre’s webinar User involvement in the Nordic region from 26 October 2022.

User involvement is central both for giving the user a chance to influence the design and content of social interventions, and for raising the quality of welfare. This webinar discusses existing research and knowledge about users' experiences and how user involvement is used to achieve real change.
