If you do another one of these you should cover the time that a painting lost since World War II was discovered as a prop in the 1999 film Stuart Little

I appreciate Gunn really getting into working with the community watching it get solved. There have been multiple occasions where someone involved with putting an easter egg into their work, complaining about how nobody has found it, and when asked for a hint, simply replies "Nope". It really shows that he wants it to be solved.

The puppets in Beast Wars were more than likely animation references, as a lot of it seems to sync up with scenes in the show.

I remember the snake in particular matching up with something, but haven’t watched the DVD in 18 years.

With the Air Bud thing, if you read the article above the clip that you showcase oh, you can see that his dad was the pilot of an X-Wing

I always thought Tony choose that date because one he knew his dad was there, and everything else was there. And two, in another movie he said he never got to say goodbye to him, so this was his chance to say goodbye.

Also I find it funny, Steve is the one that caused Hank Pym to get really mad because of his “stolen” particles

At a convention, someone actually asked Hayley Atwell about the line in Endgame. She confirmed that the Russo brothers filmed a bunch of different takes for the scene in the office with different lines. She didn't know what it meant but also said it could have been any of the other lines that were filmed.

Related to the Beast Wars weirdness (which I hadn't heard about, and that gives my inner Transformers nerd feelings), the show also had a habit of using the 'Cybertronix' writing to put in various messages as a form of Easter Egg. While not the first nor the last show to do this, some of the messages could be pretty funny A nice thing to geek out over

I love that story with the Mars Needs Mom Seth Green cut, and how the youtuber was like "I guess I am in possession of lost media???" and was more mystified than anything else as he ripped the audio to send online. Even if he did somehow destroy the audio file by accident, it probably wouldn't have taken very long for people to obtain another disc with the audio.

"Beast Wars seems to be largely forgotten." - Top 10 saddest phrases of all time.

Beast Wars is my absolute jam. It's visuals are dated, definitely a product of its time, but the show's story is wonderful. I love it.

The face under the bed in Stuck on You, my first question is what other movies was that particular bed used in, since it's more likely to be a part of a movie set than someone's actual bedroom and as such it could be a leftover prop from some other movie.

I read about that The Rescuers easter egg on an adult magazine that was accidentally left in plain sight during a family meeting when I was a teen, it was a weird article because it talked about a lot of animated movies and sometimes exclusively about the dub from Spain, I had no reason to believe anything was true because I watched those movies a lot. Now, when I didn't even cared about it... it's confirmed.

Great vid. A lot of these can be attributed to DVDs/Blu being readied while films were in post production (cut dialogue captions in End Game, Seth Green vocal take still on there) or DVD authoring issue or dummy & placeholder files not being deleted (the Marty Kroft nightmare fuel or that infamous Testuso the Iron Man on that playstation preview disc). Love finding out about this stuff.

6:14 the obituary also confirms that the Bud movies take place in the Star Wars universe because his dad was killed flying an "experimental XW-NG jet". I mean it's a stretch but it's there.

That “Stuck on You” one is so interesting and creepy. I’d love to know definitively what that face was.

Guardians “Meredith’s BD” being baby daddy might be correct, but it’s a bit of a reach. The “this is not real” connects to it. Just like how the descriptions match the planets, the one that isn’t real is created by Ego. That one scene, Meredith Quill is Ego manipulating Peter.

Thanks for the shoutout during the video! It was such a random thing to “discover, ” but I’m glad my name can forever be attributed to the Mars Needs Moms Wikipedia page 😂 also great topic in general! I’ll be following for more in the future!

7:36 for those of you wondering, that's not a thing that can happen with a trombone. Not unless the tube is completely clogged somewhere beyond the slide bend and you blow REALLY hard. It could fall off if it were pointed down but why someone would let go of the slide while playing is beyond me

one of my favourite movie mysteries is the true identity of Judge Doom in Who Framed Roger Rabbit, there’s been a bit of theorizing over the years. while it’s not as interesting as Doom being an existing character, i love the small implications he’s a character called Pistol Packin’ Possum. in the scene where R.K Maroon is shot dead, Eddie notices Doom’s gun reflected on a poster of the character, holding the same weapon. there’s other details too
