Make it easier by turning on tripod mode. Every thing is more under control and you are less likely to have an accident.

i dont get the "i forgot switching on the RTH mode back on" arguments. flying a drone for me is like sending $1000 away to the sky, and i ALWAYS bring a checklist beforehand, such as map reading, wind check, signal interference, take off position, and recheck every setting and video formats etc etc.

great video, i had an indoor flight yesterday and today with my new mavic pro for the first time and both of them ended with crash. I dont know why? I just see the other indoor videos and the drones automatically avoid the obstacles. and why mine doesnt do that? can you or somebody please tell me why. and now im just scared that it could happen outside too. and i must say how could i change the atti mode. thank you in advance.

Nice video. I have 1 question for my mavic pro. When I flying indor in halls with no gps, I have DVP (Downward Vision Positioning) and that is cool. Problem is that max alt in that scenario is 5m. Once, I took of from second floor which is inside the hall and fly over middle of hall at alt of 7m. Then the Mavic decended 2m to achieve that 5m max alt so I wasnt able to bring it back, because I was 2m above it. At the end I landed the mavic at the middle of hall, 7m bellow the take of point. Is there an option to turn of that max alt of 5m when flying indor without gps?

Flying LOS and not looking at the screen is your advice? I'm so confused. I would think looking at the screen and flying with a spotter is much better

I have air 3..today first time i was test indoor but when i was trying for landing him auto or also at manual (with down stick)
Drone was not land but after some atempt drone was land at floor...i dont know whats wrong.
If anybody ask me proper solution for indoor landing so i will b greatfull to him

I will get my Mavic in near future but I want to ask you a question. You said that you can shoot a footage from outside to inside. I live in a tall condo building, 3rd floor. If I perform the flight from my room to outside can Mavic lose control due to height's difference and how can I avoid this?

Did I miss it? Why not use tripod mode indoors to dull the control inputs?
