So i can touch both sides but have pain in both sides is it just sore ?

Dr., when I do this, I feel considerable pulling in the occipital area of my neck. I have several Spinal Conditions and Maladies. Multiple sites of Mild to Moderate Stenosis, DDD throughout the spine, facet joint arthritis, some disc bulges (L2, L3, L5-S1, C3-C7 too and Spondylioethesis at T1, T2, L5-S1). The neck is getti ng worse and worse. Considerable Cricking and Cracking, very tight giving me Tempral headaches, and Shoulder pain and terrible stiffness. I respect your opinions as a Paina management / Physiatrist. You recommended 5-HTP for FIbroM. . That does help me with that condition.
