People-wise, does this count as dependent and independent variables? I'm pretty comfortable with my job, EXCEPT for my boss. If she wasn't at work, I would be absolutely fine with the job overall. I would be able to walk the halls without worrying about running into her, in case she has a lecture for me or whatever. When I learn she isn't at work, I feel so good and free; when I see she is at work, and even come across her, my aura turns into gray clouds, as if it is about to rain. She intimidates me, is sternly opinionated, and insulted my abilities to handle shift alone (because honestly, I'm kind of a slow learner and performer). She's the ONLY reason I would EVER consider quitting my job. Is that a dependent variable?
