That dynamic mirror signal was made WAY harder than it could’ve been. @Deutsche Auto Parts has a great video on it, all you need to do is just take the mirror cap off, not take apart the whole mirror

These are plug and play mods, super easy to do.
So not much a diy mods but either way i like em and the trunk one can be done on almost all cars

I’ve done all these except the charging pad as I use CarPlay anyway. I did for a while use wireless CarPlay and just stuck a qi charging disk in the cubby, viola, wireless charging.

the auto open hatch mod requires programming if your car doesn’t pop the hatch when the key fob button is pressed. some of them only unlock the hatch and will only fully unlatch once you push in the emblem. my 2015 golf sportwagen does this.

the boot opener does it work with just the gas spring or do you have to code something to the key ? owner of VW Golf VII Variant when i push the button on the key it opens the door but i have to manually open
