Cheese Omelette Recipe by The Balance Flavour

Ingredients:

Eggs 2
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Turmeric a pinch
Green chili 1 finely chopped
Onion half finely chopped
Tomato half finely chopped
Oil 1 tbsp
Cheese half cup or as much as you like

•In a bowl add eggs,black pepper powder, salt and turmeric whisk well then add green chili,onion and tomato mix well
• In a non stick pan add 1 tbsp oil and let it warm a little then add egg mixture in it and cook it on low to medium flame
•Keep lifting up the sides from avoid sticking.
•In one side add mozzarella or cheddar cheese and flip the other side over it very carefully.
•Gently keep pressing until cheese melts.

Important Note:

•Cheese contain salt too so be careful while adding salt. You can skip salt if you’re going to add lots of cheese
•Flipping part is a bit tricky sometimes it falls apart so flip it really carefully (if it falls apart that’s completely okay taste will be the same)
