Always promoting/promising to show you how to achieve the impossible and buy a house with no money, no job, and no credit.

Is this realistic? Is it even possible? I state what I believe is the probability of pulling that off. I just want to warn people not to get desperate and fall for the okie doke.

The only thing I know of that exists is the "homestead program" basically you can get a vacant house in cities for $1. You have to repair it in 18 months, live in it for at least 3 years. I still think they verify your income though, and these houses are in ROUGH areas and in ROUGH conditions. 😳

Great honesty. They are unicorn deals and far and few even for those fully involved in the market. One possibility that one might have an option would be to go to Detroit or Philly and get one of those places for 1$ or use a credit card etc but then you will have to rehab a home in a dangerous area that you might not sell. It's a strange time in the world. I see houses that I recall being around 30k then maybe reaching up to 60k and stayed in that range for 20 years and now these homes are 350-500k. Bizarre economy. I remember back in those days... midnight or 1am all the channels shut off. 🎉😂
