With the crisp Fall air and changing leaves we thought it was the perfect time to use your yoga practice to offer some calming moments in your day and build a little heat to keep warm with the changing seasons 🍁🍂 We will guide you through 5️⃣ days of poses to help you do just that while also connecting with the mind and soul. 🙏🏽
Each day Christina and I will take turns sharing the pose BREAKDOWN with you on our YouTube channels so you can follow along. We will post our expression of the pose on Instagram as well 💙

RULES:
