2 cups wheat
2 cups white corn
2cups millet
2 cups soya beans
2 cups Guinea corn
1 cup rice
1/2 cup tiger nuts
1 cup oats
10 pitted dates

I just did my own Tom Brown 🎉🎉🎉 but the work and stress is not here oooo especially with the cleaning of the soya beans... But I happy i did it 😊😊😊😊

I do add dehydrated unripe plantain, dehydrated sweet potato and cashew nut. Thanks very much. I will add rice, oat and and tigernut when next I make tom brown.
