Csn I give it to 3 and 5 years old they're picky eater and have lost alot of weight i want them to gain as much as possible please. Or you have other recipes for toddlers to gain more weight please.

I prefer apple instead of banana.Banana gave my baby serious constipation, I almost cried. But I’ll try this recipe
