OK to anyone who sees this and is curious into who would actually win, i got your answer in MATH.
according to the undertale and deltarune wikis respectively, in the pacifist route for both fights Asgore has 3500 health and the Chaos king only has 2800. now Asgore has a LOT more attack than the Chaos king, Asgore having 80 and chaos king only having 5. even if we check the data of the game Asgore still has 10 attack. Now you have to remember that undertale is technically considered a game according to sans meaning it follows the rules of taking turns to attack. this means that Asgore wins by default, but we have never witnessed to monsters battling so ill assume that it works differently specifically for humans. this means that Asgore still wins, for the simple reason of his attacks being a little bit slower than Chaos kings, but doing more damage and making up for it in health. oh did i also mention Asgore has 80 defense and chaos king has NONE? there is realistically no other way to put it, Asgore wins unless i'm forgetting something in which case please tell me so i can recalculate my answer.

I think Asgore would win because of these reasons
1. Asgore proven in fight he takes about 20 hits but the tyrant takes about 12 hit meaning asgore has more hp
2. Also Asgore proven has great reselience proven in the fight
3. Asgore has a giant trident and can easily slay the tyrant.
