For what's it's worth. Doing a video every day and being upbeat and happy every day would come off as fake. No one is upbeat 365. Id rather watch someone I can relate to than someone I put on some days and want to throw my phone out the window! I'm glad you are real and I'm glad you are feeling better! Enjoy your holiday!

Concerning your suffering i silence: I have a back injury. I'm supposed to get others to lift for me. But I always feel so guilty having to stop people to get me things that are so easy for others. I can't lift above a certain limit, I can't stand long periods of time, and repetitive up and down (such as stocking shelves or getting items while shopping) would kill my back. So, I tend to try to do these things for myself, but inevitably hurt myself again. I don't do it because I am masochistic. I just feel guilty asking for help for what others think of as common or simple things. So, I understand, Michael, about suffering in silence due to guilt. Huggles, and hope eventually you can truly believe in getting the help you crave but are worried about asking for. It's not a shame or evil to be worried and keep things to yourself, but when you can put yourself out there, you can see so many returns.
