Bard's E still has 0 units long tunnels. His R had a bug when hitting turrets that were invulnerable, and having it become vulnerable during his ultimate, so they just made it so his ult doesn't work on invulnerable turrets. Honestly, their incompetence is incredible.

So i don't know if you see this, but there's a bug with riven that makes her NOT go invisible when killing someone with her W. I'm talking about duskblade
