Just a reminder, while it may seem like they're moving it less for the commander, your own body weight and leg positioning can affect how the platform is being moved. Look at the feet placement, the soldier's foot is more toward the edge, which will only add to the movement, while the commander put his foot against the other guys foot. Its all about the control of your own body.

Fun fact:Soldiers hste headshots becausr it is hard to hit and theres also alout of vital organs to shoot to like the heart, liver and etc(this is optional to non armored persons since an armor csn bloc most bullets and snipers avoif headshots since most snipers penetrate armor)
