I am going to LET you IN ON a secret. When I first started studying English, phrasal verbs would hardly SINK IN. Then I CAME UP WITH the idea of BRUSHING UP ON them every now and then. Don't get me wrong I have TRIED OUT other ways to learn but it didn't seem to work out. Sometimes I had to work all week and my practice routine FELL BEHIND. I am glad I found you on Youtube and hope you KEEP UP this wonderful job. Regards...:-)

I let you in on a secret that I'm going to brush up on verb tenses in english by watching your lessons.I hope everything sinks in soon with your clear explanation then I can come up with an example to put into practice with what I've learnt.
I used to get pimples so I tried out a new face cream that my friend suggested. It really worked well.
Since I got sick, I fell behind with my assignment work. So to keep up with everyone I stayed up late to finish them as soon as possible.
You explain neither fast nor slow so I can keep up with your lecture well. It takes no time to sink in So I came up with an idea while watching this lesson, why not I try out your method to teach my students?
Thank you so much Ma'am. 👍

A great lesson!!...Many thanks teacher Jennifer. By the way, I'm so glad to be the first one who post a comment for this video lesson :), and I'm so happy to keep up with your lessons as I have subscribed in your channel on Youtube ( I'm not sure that using the preposition "in" in this case is correct or not: I mean in this sentence:" I have subscribed in your channel on Youtube"). However, I never keep up with what happens in my country because I never follows the local TV news. At least, I know that today the Tunisian people celebrate the forth anniversary of the Tunisian revolution, and therefore, today is a vacation in Tunisia. Any way, great work teacher Jennifer, and keep up your creativity :) ...

Best regards.

Nadim from Tunisia.

You're brushing up on our English. That's cool. I think it's unprecedented this way.
Love and regards from Egypt, Jennifer.  :)

Once I thought that English was not my cup of tea. After 2-3 years, I realized that it was easy to keep up.

Thank you for anwersing my question yesterday. I'm trying to brush up on what I learrned from you believing that everything will sink in. However I don't understand the meaning of these two sentences, one is I have to work hard to keep up with Joe when we run and the other is the instructor was explaining~~I found it difficult to keep up. Here, keep up means keep the same level with someone for everything?? It's confusing a little.

Hi Jennifer! May I ask you if " keep from" is phrasal worb and a antonym to "keep up"? Example: "He keeps from smoking". Thank you.

I just came across this video and it is brilliant. However, I'm a bit confused with "keep up with" and "catch up with "
Can you explain that with some examples? thanks

Hi Jennifer, would you mind telling me the difference between *keep up* and *keep on*, please? Or they mean exactly the same? I'm so confused 😕. I hope you will answer my question soon...
