Hi Jordy, these are my 2-cents:

1. Always start with an outline, in that outline you can put some good headers, and a "Working title". The most important thing is to know that the headline is the LAST thing you write :)

2. Perfectionism is the enemy: Perfection is a myth, as one of the best bosses I ever had told me once: "Perfection is the enemy of a job well done".

3. Charge accordingly: Content is necessary for every business, so don't be ashamed for charging between 400 - 600 usd for a blog post.
