How to Copy & Reuse Transformation Steps on Another Table | Power BI / Power Query Tutorial

How to copy Power Query transformation steps from one table to another table that has the same structure. The Power Query steps that you see on the user interface are actually M language code behind the scenes. The code is accessible thru the Advanced Editor and can be copied to another table/query. The target table or query should have the same or similar structure, otherwise the code will not work unless tweaked. We'll use Zillow Inventory and Sales datasets as an example.

when you put query commands from one table to another table, it will show same data like you have i first table if you have different columns (like months) with different data but in same order as in first table

solution: is if you have multipe sheet then change data source number as 0 or 1 or 2, 3, 4 and so on as per numbers of sheets or workbook available
