This really hit home for me. When I was in school, pretty much up until high school, a lot of my classmates would come up to me and start being fake friendly, like they were trying to get me to answer just so they could laugh at it. Unfortunately, the few times I tried to call it out, they'd pretend they weren't doing anything, so I just took it.

All that to say, I know this feeling. I take heart in all the goals I've accomplished since and all the personal growth I've had.

Akamatsu's VA literally saying "lol" and "lmao" made me cringe harder than listening to nails across a chalkboard.

Personally, I wanted to see what happened to Akane afterwards, even if Tsutsuji didn't know what happened to her. Was she able to change her ways and become a better person? Did she double down on that bad behavior and get herself in trouble? Or, did she end up becoming the bland girl herself, while Tsutsuji underwent a glow-up later in life, becoming even more beautiful than Akane?

1:36 I'm glad tsutsuji realized something was off about her reaction. I have very shaky hands no matter how many times I have done my nails. If I was in that situation i don't think I'd have realized that she was laughing at me.

Yeah, that's actually not that uncommon. Depending on how they are or what they are going through, some people cling to someone of a certain "identity" to use to make themselves feel better about themselves. This doesn't make you a bad person, for the record. Just means you're very insecure about yourself, which isn't a bad thing per se. But if you don't acknowledge and reflect on these kinds of things, it can and will lead you in a bad direction in life.

I remember one girl would always spread rumors about her friends and would say terrible things about them. One day, I think we were waiting for Drama class and out of nowhere she told us one of her friends has a crush on one of the boys that was standing there. At first we were like, "So. She's 14. That's totally normal, " and we were explaining how that's just part of life. At that point she could have gotten away with it, but no, she had to keep pushing it. She was trying to make us laugh about it like it was a joke but instead got scolded by so many people. Another time when I had class in the library the same girl was saying terrible things about another friend. She kept doing this each time we had this class. One day someone finally had enough and told her, "You're a terrible friend, " which triggered almost everyone in the class and they all ganged up on her.

Gotta agree with Karin with this. Tsutsuji in this video is a soft hearted and shy girl. Which made her a target for Akane whom Tsutsuji tot would be her fren. But after realising that She was simply using her by bringing her down... Tsutsuji had to put an end to this. Man I wanna praise Tsutsuji for the brave front against Akane thru the phone call. That WAS AWESOME🤩
