Haha, I have the perfect save for this. When I got promoted to League One with Hartlepool in 2027 I had all of the following in the same league as me: Joey Barton (my save long rival, got promoted with AFC Wimbledon as he took them over after Championship relegation), Quique Sanchez Flores (literally the first one to get sacked, he had Carlisle 23RD WITH 8p FROM 11 GAMES), Emma Hayes (she had Birmingham City in 17th after 11 games too when she had 1.25 odds to win the league, tbf they finshed 14th under new management too so maybe it wasn’t her fault. Second fastest sacking tied with Paul Heckingbottom), Paul Heckingbottom (at Lincoln, replaced by Benni McCarthy), Russell Martin (sacked from Shrewsbury before Christmas for being 18th, they ended up 22nd by the end), Lampard (at Plymouth, he actually had them as high as 3rd at one point but was 12th when he got sacked, media prediction was 2nd), Rob Edwards (was at Stockport after he got fired from Luton first season, thought I will get relegated, did well to keep them up but went by his own volition to 23rd placed Reading in the Championship and got relegated. I came 9th.), Nathan Jones (at Sheffield Wednesday, came 13th and not sacked), Sabri Lamouchi (at Barnsley, came 6th and not sacked either). Wilder took the Millwall job in March too. Played a lot further than that, am in 2031 and in the Championship (14th and 19th respectively) by now, another wild thing that happened is Lopetegui leading Ireland to the 2030 WC final with Evan Ferguson as top scorer and beating England in the semi, however they unfortunately lost to the Netherlands 3-1 in the final! My assistant and a Hartlepool irl legend Antony Sweeney also left me for Plymouth at one point and now has just gotten promoted to the Championship to face me after only his second season in management, I love tracking these AI stories!

My save, Luka Modrić retired. Became the manager. Of Barcelona for two seasons, getting them fifth and fourth in the league., then joined man, United got them relegated (because of a 30 point deduction for FFP)

In my save Klopp left in 2024, Xabi Alonso actually did come to Liverpool, and the one who replaced him at Bayer was none other than Arne Slot. Klopp then went to Bayern, which is heartbreaking.

I had Potch go to Wolves in 26-27, win them the FA Cup that year, next year win the Europa and then the year after win the UCL, beating a PSG side who I believe went 5 in a row. I played them (Wolves) in the league phase and won 3-0 as well, so they couldn’t have been that good.
