We can safely say that this is not the English Premier League. First of all half of these teams have never won the prem for example Ipswich, Derby, Sheffield Wednesday or United, Nottingham forest, Tottenham, Everton etc. Secondly according to the timeline of this video the premier League has been going on for approximately 118 years. When it's only 30 year old starting on the 15th of August 1992 with Manchester United the first winners of the trophy. Those people that are interested the premier League table goes like this
Blackburn, Liverpool and Leicester city all have 1 premier League title, Arsenal 3 premier League titles, Chelsea 5 premier League titles, Man city 6 premier League titles and finally Manchester United with 13 premier League titles.
I think this video could actually be the old first division continuing with the premier League but it's certainly the premier League.
