I once had bad habits. I couldn’t quiet at all. I was addicted to the habit I couldn’t stop it. I was ashamed of myself for having such a bad habit.
I then decided to stop. I decreased the amount of time I was involved in the habit. Then slowly stopped. Now I have no desire for the habit and am enjoying my life! 😄
