I love Luminar and what you can do with it. It's much easier and straight to the point than other softwares I used in the past. What they really need to address now thought (and I mean before adding other tools or crazy feature) is the general stability and fluidity of it...it's just too clunky and sometimes slow, especially when you use different layers, as I really like to do. Even on powerful machines.

Old American Rocks for me too, Jim, I only got to have a quick look at R66 in Seligman in 2014, was with a coach party at the time and it wasn't a scheduled stop. Lovely colours. I do like the pro tools as not too keen on AI, only use the latter sparingly. Thanks for sharing and stay safe too.

Nice edit, amazing what you can do with only the Pro Tools. And I love Route 66, great photo.

Always helpful, Jim. Thanks for the effort and the sharing. During this COVID madness, I have been working my way through your entire Luminar 4 series. The vids have been really a plus to my appreciation of the capabilities within Luminar. Stay well. Thumbs up.

Thanks for this video Jim. Have been experimenting with the Pro Tools lately and they are certainly powerful as you say, liking the results.

Thanks a lot for this workflow of Luminar 4 PRO. Beautiful photo, a kind of retro look, and great editing...

Great video, as usual, Jim. I should try starting in this tab, as by the time I usually get there, I have already brought the photo so far. Luminar has so much to offer.

Great number of tutorials & very much appreciated especially as we are "stuck" indoors. Simple question which I'm embarrassed to ask....once you have edited a photo which you don't want to export, how do you clear the workspace & send the photo back to the original library? There must be a simple process which so far eludes me! Essentially get the photo out of here. Thanks Jim.

Enjoyed your tutorial. How about a link to this photo so that we can have a go and try and get close to your end result, using other tools. That would certainly help to increase our learning experience.

JIm -- in the sign, all the letters are in Caps. I would think that folks likely could use the clone/stamp tool to clone the R that is before "ant" into the open location. The yellow would be able to be cloned too. Your thoughts please. TIA

Thanks so much! I look forward to your videos each day! One question...when I finish an edit and try to export it takes an unusually long time. Does this happen to you? I do not save any photos to the Luminar library and use a Mac computer.

Pretty cool. Thanks Jim. Do you know if there is a negative de-haze filter in Luminar 4? How can you achieve a similar effect?

Thank you so much Jim. I am now just catching up on your videos. I have been working on my new web page jimbaileyphotography.com and have missed your videos over the past two or three weeks. You have inspired me on my photography work. I still have a lot to do on the page, but just had to get back to your videos. Keep them coming. :)

Thanks for another insightful video, Jim. Recently, I've started shooting in RAW. I saw this image you worked on is a jpeg. Does Lum 4 handle RAW images? I've searched your past videos and didn't find anything specific other than a Lum 2018 video you did. I noted that when I export a Raw file, it is being automatically saved as a jpeg. Can you please point me in the right direction?

Great Job as always, Jim! If you would like to replace the "R" in restaurant, is there a way with Luminar4?
