I have been saying this too, skincare doesn’t have to be complicated, wash, am or pm skincare treatment, moisturize ( or hydrate as you call it) I do believe it’s important to put a barrier on the skin to seal and protect after you treat, and sunscreen in am.

Your skin is so beautiful. I used to have so many steps and layer products on but living in humid Fl it caused clogged pores so I have toned it down to serum, moisturizer and spf.

Hi Sheri! Thank you for making skincare manageable! I'm just getting started with skincare and it is very overwhelming when you look at all the products out there. This routine is something I can do with ease!

I was looking for products I can exfoliate my skin, and I have few options here, thank you!
I have dry skin, I’m 50 yrs old and I started taking care of my skin 2 yrs ago, also with only few products. One product that I love and always be part of my skin routine AM and PM is face oils, particularly RoseHip oil, has to be organic, cold-pressed. I use it for uneven skin, dark spots, I have before and after pics and my skin has been changing a lot. I use marula oil too, recently I found a mix of oils, which I love. I know there’s information out there that mention that face oils doesn’t do anything to the skin, but everybody is different and I’m very happy with the results. Thank you for the video! ❤️

thanks for the tip. what a difference. i got a really good cleanser and really took my time and worked it in my face to clean instead of just rubbing and washing away. it made a big difference and felt clean.
thank you for pointing that out.

Thank you for the video. It was very helpful. I’m 53 with melasma and have been in the fence about using retin a or retin old. I think I’ll add the ordinary’s lactic acid and possibly their retinol since it seems to be gentle for a first time user. Thanks again.

Your skin looks beautiful, radiant! Always look forward to your vids. Being in the beauty industry, I receive so much product it gets overwhelming. I have my faves and share the rest with family and friends. I have a lot to declutter at the moment.

What is the supplement you use for your melasma and hormonal imbalance for your skin?

I really like Alpha skincare brand’s lightening cream with hydroquinone in it. It’s very affordable and has really helped my melasma. Mine may have also improved from stopping estradiol in the past 3 months but the cream definitely helps!!

great no-nonsense advice!!
3 other products i love:
1. Timeless Vit C+E+FA serum (makes my skin so glassy!)
2. Missha Super Aqua Peeling gel for weekly exfoliation
3. Biore Watery Essence sunscreen (super duper lightweight, not drying)
