She is absolutely gorgeous and an icon. And her AM PM routine makes sense. Though vitamin C can be used either in the day or at night. We also need to remember that not all 54 year olds can look like this. And no home made remedy can prevent wrinkles and sagging. Celebrities also get botox injections, filler injection, radio frequency skin tightening procedures, Thread lifts, face lifts, hyaluronic acid skin booster injections etc. Genetics, diet and exercise play a role but cosmetic procedure interventions is a major contributing factor. So, please don't feel insecure if you don't look like this in your 50's or even in your 40's.

I've been using the liitllextrra riceberry face moisturizer and riceberry sunscreen SPF 50 for a few weeks now, and I'm quite pleased with it. The face cream is true to its claims of being non-oily and lightweight, which is ideal for my mixed skin type. It sinks in fast without feeling greasy, making it perfect for everyday wear beneath makeup or on its own. Included in the formula are Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and Black Rice water, which is a big plus for me, since they are recognized for their skin-friendly properties such as moisturizing, brightening, and enhancing skin texture. After regular use, I’ve found my skin feels smoother and looks brighter.

Points from the video-
She divide it to two- internal and external
Internal-
~Drink atleast 8 glasses of water everyday
~Avoid suger and oilyfood
~Eat more Veggies and fruits
~Sleep atleast 7-8 hours
~Don't stress alot, relax your mind
~Meditate
~Think positive
~Exercise everyday

External-
~Remove makeup before sleep
~Use gentle soap or cleanser to wash the dirt off before sleep
~Use a toner which doesn't contain alcohol. She recommend using Rose water
~Use vitamin c serum
~Apply moisturiser. For oily skin use water based moisturizer and for dry skin cream based. Apply that in gentle circular motion.
~Don't forget to apply the rest to your neck and hands
~For morning skin care, wash-use a toner-moisturize - use spf. Don't apply vitamin c in morning and don't forget to apply spf for sun protection.
~Do patch test in hands or any other parts to see if you are allergic to the product before applying to face.
~Prefer doctors recommendation
~Face mask-use it once or twice a week
1st one-
You will need-
Powdered Oats - 1 tablespoon
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Milk or rosewater - 1 tablespoon
Mix everything well, apply and leave it for 15 mints and wash it off with warm water
2nd one-(dry skin)
Honey - 1 tablespoon
Milk - 1 tablespoon
Aloevera - 1 tablespoon
2 drops essential oils( which I disagree because applying essential oil directly to skin can cause irritation)
Mix everything well, apply and leave it for 15 mints and wash it off with warm water
~quick tip- if you think your skin is dull and want a sudden glow up, cut cucumber dip it into a cup of milk and keep in fridge for sometime. Then take it out and apply to your face, then wash off with cold water.

Here are some things I do that have helped me attain skin without any acne and healthy all day.
- Use a gentle face wash that eliminates extra oil and cleans your skin well. I recommend littlleextra riiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH too.
- Eat a healthy diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Opt for vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals.
- Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body.
- Stay away from touching your face often because our hands are generally full of germs that can lead to pimples when they touch the face.
- Apply Rice berry vitamin C face serum daily on face as it has antioxidants and helped me to fade dark spots and blemishes
- Weekly, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation.
- Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steam, scrub, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes.
- Wash your brushes and other items you use because they can harbor germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.

Dear Madhuri. You always reminded me of my Mother. We are from SL. As a teenager I remember buying postcards of indian film stars and I had many of yours and use to tell my Mom that she looked like you. Today I don't have her anymore. But seeing you in this video really made me think how you resemble her so much. She too never looked her age. Even at 50 everyone thought she looked like in her late 30s. God bless you.
