I really love this channel. And I’m extremely happy that you guys are putting a spotlight on the man. I have had the honor of working many shows with him. So I’ll share a little bit of Jacob you wouldn’t get from this video.

I met Jacob in 2020 and we didn’t have any interactions beforehand. I was legit scared of him due to him messing up dumb fans who challenged the man. I was working crew on a show and walked to the back area where I see Jacob chasing off 2 guys from stealing my ebike. All he knew was it was someone on the crews property and that was enough for him to be like, this ain’t happening. After that anytime we were in the same area I made sure he knew I was grateful.

He may not remember my name always but he always goes out of his way to warmly greet me when he sees me (the whole family is that way).

One night when I was having a particularly hard time in my life. He zeroed in on something being off with me. And took me off to the side and spent the whole night talking to and hanging out with me. Few people I’ve met in the business would do something like that. He truly is something special!

This is so cool! I worked with Fatu for years in MLW -- ahem, his LA Park and John Hennigan matches are personal faves -- and it is amazing to see the world responding to him this way. So happy for the guy, and for everyone discovering how freaking great he is, Trust me, you haven't even seen 50% of Fatu's game. Just wait until you hear his promo!
