MBTA on brink of eliminating last remaining slow zones

After more than a year of closures for track work, the MBTA is just a few days away from eliminating the last remaining speed restrictions. "The system will be restriction-free for the first time in over 22 years," MBTA General Manager Phil Eng said in an interview for Sunday's episode of "On The Record."
