TUGBOLT: safer and faster wind turbine construction

The video describe a new tool to facilitate mating of heavy parts of wind #Turbines. The tool is a simple hand-held winch to be fitted in bolt holes. Despite simplicity and modest dimensions, it is a game-changer for turbine assembly and wind #FarmConstruction.

Tolerance to wind gusts is increased at least an order of magnitude (as measured by wind load). Workers need not be under the lifted part. Nobody needs to be on the turbine during mating. In addition to safety benefits, risk of delay and cost overruns from bad weather is nearly eliminated.
