Nice video! However, I am trying to replace a battery in a Pro 2. In there it is a large aluminum case, which, I believe holds the battery itself. Not in the open like the old Pro. I have bought a battery and would be easy to replace if it was a old Pro, but, the Pro 2 is very different. There are not videos explaining how to do it for the Pro 2. Also, there are no batteries with a aluminum casing like it is in the pro 2. Also no batteries without the casing that has a long cable for the rear light. Also, the holes where you unscrew the battery does not align up with a pro 1 battery, so I cannot place it unless maybe, I drill new holes?

Any ideas?

I LOVE THE VIDEOO but i had a question, i am traveling with the scooter and i heard that if u remove the batteries and put it in your luggage, they’ll agree, but, and incase u are wondering, the batteries work perfectly fine, so if they do, can i put them back and they’d still work properly or do i have to get a new battery? if you’d answer i’d rly appreciate ittt!!

The known TSA Statements are that :
2 Lithium batteries are permitted.
Lithium batteries from 0 -100 watt-hours are allowed.
from 100 - 160 wh may be allowed with airline approval, only in carry-on bags .
and from 160 + wh batteries are not allowed at all.

I read new TSA information that :
" One spare Lithium battery, not exceeding 300 watt hours, or two spare batteries, not exceeding 160 watt hours each, are permitted in carry-on bags. "

:) If that's true, the problem is solved as the Xiaomi is 280 wh !! : )

So I'm asking what is the best way to flight with the Xiaomi M365 ? just simply separate the battery ? to divide the battery to 2 so that every battery will be 140 wh and get the airline approval ?
