Usually in this series, people will play stuff that really fits the song, and it's cool to see how they interpret it and make it their own while still serving the song.

Here, Charlie heard the song, knew the original drum part is just a generic MIDI 4 on the floor beat, decided to say "fuck it" and overplayed the crap out of it. Incredible.

Charlie is not only a metal god and one of the best metal drummers ever, hes also just an amazing drummer period. And song writer. He has a true gift with music - chops, improv, writing, groove, feel, hes got it all and always has. If you aren't an Anthrax person but love drumming you should listen to them just for the homework.
