How to levitate yourself with the power of your mind. Made with After Effects

Finally a new effect episode. I was inspired by a video from createfxUK and wanted to give it a go. Levitation Workout.

I used Trapcode Particular and Form for After Effects. A few smoke assets from Video Copilot's Action Essentials and mocha for rotoscoping.
For a better image i used Redgiant's Denoiser and Mojo.
