I received a FH11 with a weak detent, but other reviewers said they are not having issues. Looked like I just got unlucky, so I fixed it. The risk is low on an inexpensive knife. I'm happy now, and others have asked how did I do it? Here is that video

Thanks for the video. I got a FH11 last week for a gift for a co worker and being the knife junky I am I had to take it out first. Glad I did it has the same issue no detent. Will disassemble tonight and give it a try. Thanks again.

Perfect brother - Thanks! Mine was loose and this fixed it in about 5 minutes. I was disappointed when I received the FH-11, but feel much better about the knife now.

That’s to bad yours had that weak detent. Glad you were able to fix it! I was lucky enough that mine came perfect. Thanks for the video!

Good stuff. It's really awkward doing disassembly videos while reaching around a tripod and looking at a screen rather than the knife. You did very well for your first one. I think I have done four or five disassembly videos so far and they don't get less awkward.

Do you know what size the bearings are? Im looking for a replacement for the bearings on my fb7601. Thank you!

Thanks for showing. Unfortunately ganzo knives often have a weak detent.

Thank you for this video. Mine has a very weak detent as well, so if it is just a qc issue, it is not a one off issue. Much appreciated.

My para 3 in g10 got a detent lash which i find annoying...bought the knife a week ago and not even used it i just unboxed it😢

sometimes when the detente on a knife with a coated blade doesn't work its because the coating is filling the hole on the blade making it effectively smaller.

Is that also how yeah when your liner lock doesn't barely fit on the blade is that with that solve that problem too or do you have to sand anything down on that or anyways hit me back on that do another review

Nice will probably get one at some point or wait till the next great Firebird.
I should have played with the detent on my Ruike front flipper but there were stripped screw heads too.

Thanks for the tip! I can shake mine out with a bit of force but it's not too bad.

Did I do it wrong? When I tried to make this adjustment to fix the detent, all that happened was I made the centering of the blade worse. In order to get the blade back more towards a reasonable center, I had to put the detent “back where it was.”

Just be careful to avoid curving the lock, which will induce lock rock. Rather than bending by grabbing the lock face end, I use a clamp closer to the area where it bends. This will require removing the liner lock fully.

In your first video on this, you said you wouldn't carry it because of the regent. Now that you've fixed it, will you be carrying it? Thanks for the information btw!
