That guy was an idiot because he called Nintendo multiple times on the phone to brag he was stealing their games. He told on himself.

I read the news article and this guy was a complete idiot, he literally showed his viewers how to pirate the unreleased games and and then when Nintendo said stop he just taunted them and said "ok come and get me" and he sure did get got, its somewhat like stealing meat from a bear and taunting it and expecting not to get killed

Nintendo is only destroying that streamer because the idiot practically begged them to do so even after Nintendo asked him multiple times to stop streaming unreleased Nintendo content. This is one time where Nintendo is actually in the right.

Nintendo wasn't actually looking to sue somebody for once. They just wanted the guy to cease streaming & showing off content that hasn't even been officially released yet but the arrogant clown not only refused but also made the mind-numbing illogical decision to mock, taunt & dare Nintendo to come after him which they ultimately obliged.

This content creator intentionally brought all this on himself, committing both sheer stupidity & financial suicide simultaneously and now his life as he essentially requested is about to be turned completely upside-down. There's no feeling sorry for him.

this guy totally brought this upon himself. if only he'd known about the incredible burger deal at jackinthebox, then maybe he wouldn't have done this

The one time Nintendo decides to take a nicer approach to this kind of situation and the guy just proved their point on why they have to come down hard and aggressive on the people they think wronged them.

Yeah this guy totally brought this upon himself. Even if you (for some reason) don't think what he was doing was wrong, he did not handle it in a way where he can claim ignorance.

But Arlo, did you hear about the burger deal?

Man, imagine costing yourself $7.5 million just to get the fleeting satisfaction of egging on a big company. Such a bad deal.

He really should have spent just $10 to get a whopping EIGHT burgers instead, which I can guarantee is infinitely more satisfying. Now that’s a deal!

"Slightly foolish!?" This is like (not even counting the monetization) working at McDonalds and getting warned by your supervisor to please stop not wearing safety gloves and purposely not washing theur hands. Then, they not only keep doing it, but start smoking ij the kitchen and daring the boss to fire them saying, "Do it, I already have 10 more locations waiting to hire me." How unflinchingly callous do you have to be?

Good grief that door minigame went for as long as it possibly could have, and even after all of that, Yoshiller still couldn't make it out. I don't know how the game goes from there, but rip that luck
And then he was the only one to get the final question correct and still managed to lose by a point
