Water that has accumulated over millions of years in a single generation by overuse.

The Tonga Volcano eruption has given us a change to replenish denuded aquifers - perhaps up to 10 years. This gives a good chance to both renew the aquifers and to better plan its use into the future.

We should replenish aquifers by using solar powered desalination plants.
