Only way he could be WGE is if he permanently laid down the sticks after that. 3 things...
Set-up isn't too bad. Work on keeping your head in as close to the same position as possible from your takeaway through to impact. (I like to visualize a spike running down my spine and sticking into the ground.) Then stay down through impact and let your right shoulder bring your head up as it passes your chin.
Thirdly, tempo. Try saying in your head, "HAM-BUR-GER" on your backswing and "FRIES!" on your downswing.
As a beginner, these simple things will help you make better, more consistent contact with your irons. Stay thirsty, my friend!
