Sorry, but I don't buy her "if I knew then what I know now..." statement. Any first year attorney knows the first thing you do is to check the FACTS first. This wasn't her first rodeo, and thus she should have known better. The "I didn't know" excuse here doesn't cut it. This was not her first case, so her words here are weak at best
