According to the agreement, the plea is being held in abeyance. If she stays out of trouble she will be "completely exonerated". In other words not guilty.

Bottom line here is - she is a qualified attorney, she is an adult, she is responsible for her actions. She can blame anyone and everyone but she did what she did of her own free will. Now it's time to be accountable for those actions and she cry's about how she got railroaded by others. I have no pity for her. She was in it for the money and the fame.
