How To Fix Stopped Fan on PC [Super Easy Fix]

Sometimes this can mean that the fan requires a little oil just the tiniest of amounts though there are videos online that can show what i mean

Why does my fan start spinning for a bit then it’s slows down to barely moving then it’ll start spinning again then stop then the process repeats

This was a temporary fix for me - after 10 days my fan couldn't spin.
Turns out I had bearing failure (possibly from dust buildup turning the bearing fluid muddy), easy fix though:
(1) Unscrew/unplug fan
(2) Remove dust cap (hidden underneath fan sticker)
(3) Apply a drop or two of machine oil (WD-40 might also work)
Alternatively, there's a bunch of videos on YT on fixing PC fans.

Lol just tried it on my PC and this worked. Thanks! Mine is still spinning slow though. I guess there's some dust buildup so I'll clean it but at least I can see that it's powered and working.
