I love how the video started. It always makes me laugh when people assume vegans don't eat anything, or that we're "limited", or that there's not enough variety.

Its something a lot of people miss, but look at his tooth and gum heath! I recently switched froma processed vegan diet full of bars and meat substitues, to a whole food plant based vegan diet with only ACTUAL foods like veggies fruits gluten free breads and pastas! Im celiac so no gluten soy or beans for me:/. But its the price my body pained from years of eating meat and diary, a small price to pay for it having CURED my autoimmune diseases including chron's disease and my rheumatoid arthritis!
