Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan has offered money from his own wallet to a Black Lives Matter protest organiser during a fierce debate over whether King Charles III should apologise and pay reparations for Britain's historical racism.

Mr Morgan debated BLM activist and organiser Imarn Ayton where the pair engaged in an intense exchange over whether reparations should be paid for the sins of colonialism.

Ms Ayton said the Crown is fundamentally a white supremacist institution and that its legacy includes "racism", "colonialism" and "slavery".

Mr Morgan offered the contents of his pocketbook to show that he believed monetary compensation was not the solution to combat racism.

"Imarn, how much money do you want from me?," Mr Morgan said.

The pair were joined in the debate by historian Tessa Dunlop and former butler to Princess Diana, Paul Burrell.

Why should a man who has never owned a slave apologise to people who aren't slaves?

This debate lost any credibility when the person on the offense was repping BLM, a movement so corrupt that is should be ridiculed on every occasion.

She is a mouthpiece and shouldn't have airtime anywhere! Kicked off GB News for not knowing when to shut up and let other people talk. I guess she isn't allowed to talk in the house. Definitely thinks the world owes her something. 🙄

The harm of slavery in the west today is that it is used as a crutch. An entire group of people get to say, "My great-great-great-grandfather was a slave, and that is why I am single mother/an addict/etc today". When people absolve themselves of accountability, they get to sink to any depth and blame others for their failure.

Ask her where the money BLM collected went... This woman is absolutely what is wrong with society today and why we aren’t able to move forward. She is truly mental!!!

Colonialism involves forcing cultural values upon another. Is she Indigenous to England? She needs to apologise and pay reparations for Colonising England.

Slavery exists in 167 countries today: when do we hear people like this woman asking for apologies & attempting to eradicate it? King Charles should NOT apologize nor, Lord forbid pay ANY reparations. Let's just get this King crowned & focus on what he should. (Btw, many countries & cultures allowed slavery, historically. I wish some would get educated.)
